# SMS Notification Pricing for Back in Stock

Timesact lets you send SMS notifications to customers when their requested products are back in stock. SMS notifications are charged per message, with rates varying depending on the recipient's country.

## How much do SMS notifications cost?

SMS rates start at **$0.02 USD per message** for customers in the United States and Canada. Rates for other countries vary based on the destination.

The SMS charges are separate from your Timesact subscription fee and apply when you use SMS notifications.

These examples assume one billable SMS per notification at the listed country rate.

## Which Timesact plan supports SMS notifications?

SMS functionality is included with Timesact's paid **CORE Flexible, CORE Fixed, PRO Flexible, and PRO Fixed** plans. SMS usage is billed separately based on the recipient's country.

Plan subscription fees and SMS charges are different. For example, the CORE Flexible plan starts at $5 per month, but any SMS messages sent are charged based on the applicable destination rate.

## How to upgrade your Timesact plan

1. Open the **Timesact** app in your Shopify admin.
2. Go to the **Account** page.
3. Find the **Plans & pricing** section.
4. Choose a paid plan that supports SMS notifications, such as **Flexible** or **Fixed** under CORE, or the corresponding PRO plan.
5. Click **Upgrade** and follow the instructions to confirm your subscription through Shopify.

Once your paid plan is active, you can configure SMS notifications for the Back in Stock feature.

## How are SMS charges billed?

Timesact charges are billed in **USD through Shopify** and appear on your regular Shopify invoice. SMS costs depend on the number of billable messages sent and their destinations.
