Book a demo to learn more about Timesact

The Timesact Pre-order Shopify app can be a game-changer for your online store. It allows you to sell sold-out or upcoming products as pre-orders, which can improve your cash flow and help you collect email addresses from subscribers who want to be notified when your products are released or restocked. On average, stores using Timesact experience a 15% increase in sales, making it an excellent fit for many businesses.


Some of you may be hesitant to install the app and start using it without consulting a specialist first to understand the mechanics and how to set it up for success. We offer the option to book a one-on-one video call with our friendly and knowledgeable support staff. This call is free, and there will be no sales pitch. Here’s how you can book it:


  1. You can use this link directly, or visit our website and click the 'Book Demo' button located in the top menu on any page.

  2. This will take you to our Calendly setup, where you can select a date that works for you from our calendar.
  3. Once you've made your selection, click the Next button.


  1. On the next screen, enter your name, email address, and store link. You will also need to accept our terms to proceed with booking the call. Additionally, choose between Google Meets and Zoom for the call.


Feel free to bring up any questions regarding specific setups you might require, which you believe we should prepare for in advance. Additionally, if your store is password-protected and you think we may need access to assist you better, you have the option to provide the password.


  1. Once you've entered all the information, tap the Schedule Event button at the bottom of the page.



Next, you will receive an email from support@timesact.com with your meeting details.


If you do not receive an email, please check your promotions and spam folders. Remember to whitelist the email support@timesact.com to ensure we stay in contact. Otherwise, you might miss our follow-ups and the reminder we will send before your call.


You will also get a reminder 24 hours before your meeting and another one 30 minutes before it starts, ensuring you're aware of the time.


Please try to join your meeting promptly, as we operate on a schedule, and arriving late may cause you to miss your session.If you fail to attend multiple sessions, you will be prevented from booking another call.Additionally, if you schedule multiple meetings, all except your last one will be canceled.
