Mixed Cart Alerts

A Mixed Cart Alert is a pop-up you can enable whenever a customer has both pre-order and in-stock items. It's a handy way to inform your customers that their items will be shipped together when the last pre-order item is restocked or ready to ship.

Enabling Mixed Cart Alert

Go to Settings > View Templates > Pre-order, and click Edit Template.

Next, navigate to the Cart tab, scroll down, enable ‘Configure mixed card alert,’ customize the text and messages to suit your store’s needs, and then click Save.

The ‘Enable on button click’ option allows the pop-up to display on the products page, and the ‘Enable on cart page’ option enables it on the checkout page.
