1. When to Use This Feature

You have the flexibility to use this email as a secondary confirmation, but it is most necessary in the following scenario:

You are NOT using Timesact’s Selling Plans: If you do not use selling plans, the pre-order details are not automatically added to the Shopify confirmation email. The custom email ensures customers are clearly informed.
You require an EXTRA reminder: Even if you use Selling Plans, you may enable this feature if you want a dedicated, styled email purely to confirm the item is a pre-order.

2. How to Set It Up (Actionable Steps)

To activate and customize the pre-order emails:

Enable the Cart Label: Ensure the Cart Label is enabled on your pre-order template within the Timesact app.

Adding Products
