Analytics

See how your customer experience templates are performing, from sign-ups and orders through to revenue and conversion. Analytics is split into pre-order reports and Notify Me (back in stock) reports, each with its own breakdowns.

Where to find it

Open Analytics from the main app sidebar. The landing page lists every report, grouped into Pre-order and Notify Me (Back in Stock). Click any report to open its detail page.

Date ranges and exporting

Each report has a date-range selector at the top (for example Last 7 days), so every chart and table reflects the period you pick. Most detail reports also offer Export CSV and Export Report, so you can pull the underlying data out for your own records.

Pre-order reports

Sales

Pre-order revenue, orders, and average order value over the selected period. The detail page shows a Sales chart and a Revenue chart, plus a table of the pre-order orders (order number, created date, total, financial status, fulfillment status, and tags) with quick filters such as Unfulfilled, Paid, and Partially Paid.

Top pre-ordered products

Your best-selling pre-order products, ranked by units and revenue, for the selected range.

Traffic source (conversion funnel)

Tracks how visitors move through the pre-order funnel: Page Views, Added to Cart, Orders, and Cancellations, with the conversion rate between each step. Use it to see where shoppers drop off.

Notifications and email performance

How your pre-order emails are doing: separate charts for Pre-order Confirmation Emails and Pre-order Shipping Delay Emails (sent, delivered, opened, clicked), plus an Email Logs table you can filter by Confirmation or Shipping Delay.

Partial payment insights

Deposits collected and final payments for partial-payment pre-orders. This report is marked coming soon in the app, so the data is not available yet.

Notify Me and Back in Stock reports

Trends over time (Notify Me Trends)

Top-line cards for Subscribed, Delivered, Open rate, and Click rate, with a chart of your back-in-stock notification emails (subscribers, sent, delivered, opened, clicked) over the selected period, and a table of individual signups with their status.

Purchase conversion

The orders and revenue generated from back-in-stock notifications: a Sales chart (orders and items) and a Revenue chart over the selected period.

Traffic insights (conversion funnel)

Tracks how visitors move through the Notify Me funnel: Page Views, Notify Me Button Clicked, Subscribed, and Emails Sent, with the conversion rate between each step.

Top Notify Me products

The products with the highest number of Notify Me requests for the selected range.
